We  offer the following advisory services to support any organizations, marketing agencies, brand and management consultancies, governments and non-profits to conduct their own foresight projects or to insert this as part of their strategy planning process. 

• 1/ foresight process advisory
  ‍We can provide a total 20 hours (within a 4 week period) virtual support for any organization who wants to implement their foresight project. It includes virtual sessions, training, project plan design and review, scanning suggestions and final scenario review. The scope does not include the production of any deliverables and in person or virtual workshop facilitations.
• 2/ custom future scenario development
  We can help create a customer scenario based on the context of any specific industry, organization, or policy group. This can be used in executive strategy offsite or as input into strategy planning, risk planning or investment thesis development. The process will take 2 weeks.
• 3/ executive briefing  
  We can conduct in person or virtual briefing of a 60 min executive presentation based on one or more of our scenarios. And there will be an interactive Q&A session for participants to get a deeper understanding of the potential risks and transformative opportunities.
• 4/ for policy makers
  This report provides policymakers with diverse scenario settings required to anticipate emerging issues, ethical considerations, technological advances, privacy and security risks, among others. By carefully considering scenario dimensions and their potential impact, policymakers can adopt an anticipatory lens to develop policies, regulations and strategies that are better aligned with the needs of their future constituents.
